Child Safety & Minor Protection Policy
Soulmate enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward underage use, grooming, exploitation and any CSAM-related activity across the website and the app.
1. Adults Only Platform
Soulmate is strictly intended for adults. By creating an account, the user confirms they are at least 18 years old.
2. Age Verification
- registration uses age declaration and date of birth;
- if underage use is suspected, Soulmate may request additional age verification;
- if age cannot be verified, the account is deleted.
3. Detection and Review
- user reports;
- behavioral and profile review;
- manual Trust & Safety investigation;
- high-risk signals and content moderation.
4. Zero Tolerance Policy
- contact with minors, grooming and exploitation are strictly prohibited;
- CSAM content, attempted distribution or discussion leads to immediate permanent ban;
- where required, information is reported to competent authorities and child-protection organizations.
5. Safety-Related Retention
Records related to child safety investigations may be retained for a limited period where necessary to protect users and comply with legal obligations.
6. Reporting
If you notice an underage profile, grooming behavior, exploitation or any child safety risk, use the in-product Report function and contact safety@slmt.app with the subject Child Safety Concern.
