Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to slmt.pro and the Soulmate app, use of the profile area, user-generated content, paid features and the core safety rules of the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using slmt.pro, the Soulmate app, the profile area, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
2. Service Provider
The service is provided by Soulmate Software FZCO, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE.
3. Eligibility
- the service is intended for users aged 18+ only;
- you must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- you must use the website and app lawfully and responsibly.
4. Service Description
- profile creation and personalization;
- compatibility insights based on user-provided data;
- social and communication features;
- safety tools such as Report and Block;
- optional paid features and subscriptions where available.
5. Registration and Access
- some functions require an account with a valid phone number or email;
- you are responsible for accurate information and for protecting your login credentials;
- false identities, stolen data, impersonation and bypassing safety restrictions are prohibited.
6. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their actions, content, communications and online/offline interactions with others. You must comply with the Safety & Community Rules.
7. User Content and Intellectual Property
The interface, design, texts, algorithms and brand assets of Soulmate belong to Soulmate Software FZCO. User content may be removed if it violates these Terms, safety rules or applicable law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- fake profiles, impersonation and multi-accounting;
- fraud, harassment, threats, bullying, spam and manipulation;
- NSFW content, sexual exploitation, escorting and solicitation;
- violence, hate speech, extremist content and self-harm promotion;
- attempts to harm users or compromise the service.
9. Safety and Moderation
Soulmate relies on user reports, risk signals and Trust & Safety review. We may limit features, suspend or permanently remove accounts without prior notice where necessary to protect users and the platform.
10. Compatibility and AI Disclaimer
Compatibility scores and AI-assisted recommendations are informational only. They are not professional advice and do not guarantee any social, romantic, business or offline outcome.
11. Paid Features and Subscriptions
Paid features, prices and access conditions are shown before purchase. Billing and refunds may be subject to Apple App Store and Google Play rules. Soulmate may change feature composition to improve service quality and safety.
12. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account in the app via Settings → Delete Account, through the website deletion page, or alternatively by email at support@slmt.app. Once deletion is confirmed, data is removed within the timeframes described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. Soulmate does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of user profiles, or any specific result from communication or dating. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulmate Software FZCO is not liable for actions of other users, offline meetings, emotional, psychological or financial harm.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
15. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Consent.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, product operations, safety and service processes. The current version is published on slmt.pro and in product interfaces.
