Consent to Personal Data Processing
By submitting data on slmt.pro, using authentication, the profile area, the Soulmate app, or sending requests through service forms, the user confirms consent to personal data processing under the terms described below.
1. Scope of Consent
This consent applies to slmt.pro, the profile area, authentication flows, contact forms, the data deletion page and the Soulmate app.
2. Data That May Be Processed
- phone number and email;
- name, birth date, gender, profile photo and other account data;
- device, browser, session and IP data;
- support messages, reports, data deletion requests and other user communications.
3. Purposes of Processing
- registration and user authentication;
- access to website and app functionality;
- performance of the user agreement and handling of requests;
- safety, fraud prevention and abuse mitigation;
- processing of account deletion, data deletion and consent withdrawal requests.
4. Actions with Data
The user consents to collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer to processors, anonymization, blocking and deletion of personal data to the extent required for Soulmate to operate.
5. Duration of Consent
Consent remains valid until processing purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the user, unless a longer period is required by law or safety review obligations.
6. How to Withdraw Consent
Consent may be withdrawn through the website data deletion page, by sending a request to privacy@slmt.app, or by using available account deletion tools. If the withdrawal also concerns account deletion and related data, a request may also be sent to support@slmt.app.
